(1) The Auditor General may collect from any corporate body wholly owned by the Government of Nepal, Provincial Government or Local Level such fees as prescribed for having audited such a body.
(2) The fees collected pursuant to sub-section (1) shall be credited into the Federal Consolidated Fund.
